이 샴페인은 유기농 방식으로 재배되는 40년 수령의 포도나무에서 얻은 40% 샤르도네, 30% 피노 누아, 30% 피노 뮈니에로 만들었졌습니다. 프리런 주스만 사용했으며 대형 양조통에서 젖산발효를 진행하였고 4년 동안 셀러 숙성을 거쳐 출시되었습니다. 도사주는 7g/L이며 알콜 도수는 12%입니다.
