    Tenuta La Fuga BDM 2015 - AWN 91pts. Maceration lasted about 15 days in steel vats before malolactic fermentation in oak barrels. The wine was aged in large Slavonian oak casks for three years and then one year in bottle before release. Argiano 🍷 Winemaking Cold soaked prior to fermentation to extract color and aromatics. Spontaneous fermentation over the course of two weeks in temperaturecontrolled stainless steel tanks. Malolactic fermentation occurred naturally in cement tanks Ageing Aging of about 30 months in Slavonian oak barrels of different capacities (10/15/30/50 HI). Bottling ocurred in April/ May during the most favorable moon phases.
